Steven Tyler trial delayed as judge recuses herself

Steven Tyler's sexual assault trial will not start on Sept. 28 after the presiding judge recused herself. Los Angeles County Judge Patricia A. Young announced her recusal at an afternoon hearing in Torrance, California, two weeks before trial was due to begin. She said the Sept. 28 date would automatically be taken off calendar.
