Viola Davis to receive Gregory Peck Award at San Diego festival

Viola Davis will receive the Gregory Peck Award for Cinematic Excellence at the Night of the Stars Tribute on Oct. 13, Variety reported on Sept. 15. Cecilia Peck will present the award at the 2026 San Diego International Film Festival, which will run Oct. 13-18 in San Diego, California, Variety reported.
