O'Neill says he will never pick players to tie them to Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill says FIFA eligibility rules play no part in his squad decisions. He told BBC Sport he would not call up players to tie them to Northern Ireland before other associations show interest, and has never put a player on the pitch for that reason.
