Vetter urges US Supreme Court to reject majors' termination challenge

Songwriter Cyril Vetter filed a 14 September brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to reject a bid by Universal, Warner, Sony and BMG to overturn his termination victory, termination, the U.S. rule letting writers reclaim rights. The January appeals ruling returned foreign as well as U.S. rights to his 1963 song "Double Shot (Of My Baby's Love)".
