Springsteen wins appeal in lawsuit over album-cover car

Bruce Springsteen defeated a lawsuit over the 1967 Pontiac GTO on the cover of his 2022 album Only the Strong Survive. The New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division affirmed dismissal on Sept. 15, according to Billboard. The family and estate of owner Louis Billotti had alleged an oral promise of extra pay. Sony Music and Jon Landau were defendants.
