Art21 opens 4,000-hour archive of unseen artist footage for 25th anniversary

Art21, the non-profit behind artist documentaries, opened a searchable online archive on September 15, 2026 to mark its 25th anniversary, ARTnews reported. The archive holds over 4,000 hours of unseen footage of more than 300 artists, according to Art21's announcement.
