Four festival heads back NAZA directors after citizenship threat

Directors of the Berlin, Locarno, San Sebastian and Telluride festivals backed Israeli directors Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor of Gaza documentary NAZA after culture minister Miki Zohar wrote on X he will act immediately to revoke their citizenship for treason, the Guardian reported on 15 September 2026.
