Panic At The Disco LLC sues anonymous sellers over alleged counterfeit merchandise

Panic At The Disco LLC filed suit on 8 September in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against anonymous e-commerce sellers. The complaint accuses them of selling counterfeit Panic! at the Disco merchandise on eBay, SHEIN and Temu. It brings two counts under the Lanham Act, the main US federal trademark law.
