Webb admits Haaland derby winner should have been disallowed

Manchester City's derby winner at Old Trafford should not have stood. Referees' chief Howard Webb said VAR missed Enzo Fernandez, in an offside position, diving for Josko Gvardiol's cross before Erling Haaland scored in the 60th minute. Semi-automated offside, the tracking system for tight calls, judged Haaland onside. Webb said officials missed the interference.
