Reform UK Wales Leader Stands Down After Assault Arrest

Dan Thomas is standing down as Reform UK's Wales leader after arrest and bail on suspicion of assault. Gwent Police say a 45-year-old man from Aberbargoed was arrested 13 September and bailed pending inquiries. Thomas says he was reported over the weekend, released without charge, and did nothing wrong. He led opposition in the Senedd, Wales's parliament, since May's election.
