MPA says 20% federal credit would double US production spending to $34.7 billion by 2032

The Motion Picture Association says US film and TV production spending would reach $34.7 billion in 2032 with a 20% federal tax credit, against $16.9 billion without it, per its Olsberg SPI report. The report says the credit, a cut to tax worth a share of spend, would support about 143,500 production jobs a year.
