William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet Film in Concert will premiere 29 September 2026 at Sydney Opera House, Billboard reported. The 1996 film starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes screens with dialogue intact while a hybrid ensemble plays the score live in sync. Presented by GEA Live with Disney Concerts and Baz Luhrmann, it is billed as a 30th anniversary event.
