HIFF46 to open with world premiere of The Navigator

HIFF46 will open with the world premiere of The Navigator, according to Variety. The made-in-Hawai'i documentary, directed by Jordan Manley, centres on Nainoa Thompson and follows a 2,400-mile return voyage with trainee wayfinders, Variety reported. The opening-night screening will be held at the Hawai'i Theatre Center, Variety reported.
