Universal first to license Spotify's AI covers tool for paid Premium add-on

Universal Music Group became the first music company to license Spotify's forthcoming AI covers and remixes tool in May, according to Music Business Worldwide. Spotify plans to launch the tool as a paid Premium add-on.
