House of the Spirits co-showrunners to develop drama for Alma Media Lab

Variety reported that Francisca Alegría and Fernanda Urrejola, co-showrunners, who run a series day to day, on Prime Video's The House of the Spirits will develop a drama for Miami-based Alma Media Lab. Co-founder Coca Gómez will serve as head writer on the project at Alma, launched in January 2026 for the US Hispanic and Latin American market, Variety said.
