Chromatic Architecture argues colour is part of building itself

Adam Nathaniel Furman and Kate Mazade's Chromatic Architecture: The Craft of Colour in Design was published 1 September 2026 by RIBA Publishing. It argues colour is part of a building itself and presents 34 buildings where colour carries emotion, memory or individuality, according to Dezeen. Examples span Shah Mosque in Isfahan, Iran, to Guardian Building in Detroit, USA.
