Pietersen to mentor England for Sri Lanka series in 2027 World Cup build-up

Kevin Pietersen has been appointed Specialist Mentor to England men's white-ball teams. His first assignment will cover the T20 and ODI series against Sri Lanka. ODI means 50-over internationals. The role, under head coach Brendon McCullum, builds toward the 2027 ODI World Cup in South Africa.
