Widow's Bay wins Best Comedy with record 14 Emmys in debut season

Widow's Bay won Best Comedy Series at the 2026 Emmy Awards, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The Apple TV horror comedy took 14 wins in total, a record for a first-year comedy series, topping The Studio's 13 in 2025, the Reporter said. Acting, writing and directing wins included Matthew Rhys, Kate Dippold and Hiro Murai.
