Reba McEntire sang 'Appalachian Memories' in Emmys tribute to Dolly Parton

Reba McEntire performed 'Appalachian Memories' live at the Primetime Emmys on 14 September in a tribute to Dolly Parton introduced by Sally Field. Parton died of cancer at 80 about three weeks before the broadcast and included the song on her 1983 album Burlap & Satin. Field co-starred with Parton in 1989 film Steel Magnolias.
