Emmys paired McEntire's Parton tribute with 1983 footage

According to Variety, Reba McEntire sang Dolly Parton's “Appalachian Memories” with an orchestra at the Emmy Awards after a clip of Parton singing the same song at the 1983 Emmys. Parton died in Nashville on Aug. 25 at age 80 after a brief battle with cancer, Variety reported.
