Matthew Rhys wins two lead Emmys in one night, a first

According to Variety, Matthew Rhys won lead comedy actor for Apple TV's Widow's Bay and lead actor in a limited series — one self-contained story — for Netflix's The Beast in Me at the 78th Emmys. Variety reported he is the first performer to win both lead actor prizes in one ceremony.
