IFPI launches Streaming Integrity Initiative with Universal, Sony and Warner

IFPI launched the Streaming Integrity Initiative in London on 14 September 2026, IFPI announced. Universal Music Group, Sony Music Group and Warner Music Group support the commitment to prevent, detect and respond to streaming fraud, Billboard reported. Measures include Know Your Customer checks, content vetting and intelligence sharing where legally permitted.
