BCE to quadruple AI data centre capacity in Saskatchewan

BCE Inc. plans to quadruple its artificial-intelligence data centres in Saskatchewan, adding three facilities with up to 1.2 gigawatts of computing capacity — a measure of electrical power for computers. The investment could top $5-billion. CEO Mirko Bibic, Premier Scott Moe and Prime Minister Mark Carney announced the plan at the Invest in Saskatchewan Forum in Toronto.
