Costume and fashion designer Bob Mackie has died at 87 in Palm Springs, California. The death was announced on his Instagram profile. His publicist confirmed pneumonia as the cause, according to the Associated Press. Mackie dressed Cher, Madonna and Elton John. He died on Monday.
