Dana Barnes lists former synagogue studio at US$10.95 million

Artist Dana Barnes has listed her former-synagogue studio on Manhattan's Lower East Side in New York at US$10.95 million, The New York Times reported on 11 September 2026. The list price, the asking amount, is not a completed sale. The building began as a synagogue, a Jewish house of prayer, before studio conversion.
