Three plead not guilty over alleged plot to kill Jack Avery

Gabriela “Gabbie” Gonzalez, her father Francisco Gonzalez and ex-boyfriend Kai Faron Cordrey pleaded not guilty in a California court to charges of plotting to kill Why Don’t We singer Jack Avery. Each faces counts of attempted murder, conspiracy and solicitation of murder. Prosecutors allege the plot arose amid a custody dispute over Gonzalez’s 7-year-old daughter with Avery.
