Adapting Austen With Made in Chelsea

Andrew Davies watched every Made in Chelsea episode to prepare a script for Jane Austen's unfinished The Watsons. Speaking on BBC Radio 4's Today, he called the show 'stimulating really for relationships and ideas'. He said The Watsons' young men and women are 'very analogous' — very similar — to Made in Chelsea characters.
