Variety reports Dave Chappelle will open the New York Comedy Festival at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 6 as an added headliner. The show will be phone-free with Yondr pouches. Presale begins Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. ET, with general sale on Sept. 17.
