Penguin Random House has launched Dusk, a new adult imprint — meaning a separately named line inside the house — for romance, fantasy and crossover fiction. Carmen McCullough leads as Publisher, with Amina Parchment-Youssef as editorial director, according to Publishers Marketplace, which reported the launch on 14 September 2026.
