Netflix and Paramount end animated film deal

Netflix and Paramount have mutually agreed to conclude their animated film agreement, Deadline reported on 14 September 2026. The pact began in 2023 between Netflix and Skydance Animation, which fell under Paramount following the merger, Deadline reported. Paramount will continue licensing series including NCIS and Matlock to Netflix, Deadline reported.
