Two Experts Leave Letby Defence Over Science and Evidence

Helen Shannon and Geoff Chase left Lucy Letby's defence team on Sept. 14, 2026. They said some arguments made for Letby did not match the evidence, science and accepted body science (physiology). The chemical engineer and New Zealand bioengineering professor still support their 2025 questions about the insulin convictions. Letby is serving 15 whole-life orders, meaning prison with no release.
