Andrey Zvyagintsev's Minotaur is on France's shortlist for the international feature Oscar, The Hollywood Reporter reported on 14 September 2026. Leviathan and Loveless earned Oscar nominations as Russia's entries, the same report said. France's committee will finalise its choice after consultations starting 16 September, Deadline reported on 10 September.
