Euronext Chief Open to Deutsche Börse Tie-Up

Euronext chief Stéphane Boujnah said on Sept. 14, 2026 he is open to combining Euronext’s stock-exchange business with Deutsche Börse, in a Financial Times interview. No deal terms were given. My read: this is interest, not a done deal — a bigger group could lower costs, but winning approval from regulators would be the hard part.
