Snyder makes first independent film without studio backing

Zack Snyder shot The Last Photograph himself as cameraman and cinematographer, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The action thriller was produced by The Stone Quarry and Hollywood Gang Productions with no studio or streamer involvement, making it his first independent film. It premiered in Toronto's Special Events section.
