The United States beat France 97-79 in Berlin to win a fifth straight Women's Basketball World Cup, its 12th gold. France led 20-17 after one quarter. The U.S. answered with a 30-12 third quarter. Breanna Stewart had 22 points and 10 rebounds, Jackie Young added 18. The win streak reached 36 games.
