Ella Langley's 'Dandelion' returns to No. 1 on the Sept. 19-dated Billboard 200 for a third nonconsecutive week. Billboard, citing Luminate, reports 67,000 equivalent album units, the measure that converts plays into album sales, in the week ending Sept. 10, down less than 1%. Streaming drove 57,000 units, equal to 60.21 million on-demand streams.
