Unions, Indigenous leaders to protest Carney investment summit Monday

Labour unions, Indigenous leaders and climate and housing advocates will protest Prime Minister Mark Carney's Canada Investment Summit in Toronto on Monday. Marching as “The Many vs. The Money,” organizers say they plan “direct intervention” with attendees. They say letting business chiefs shape economic policy risks public services, and cite pipelines and arms.
