Pregnant woman, unborn child killed in tent shooting near Khan Younis

Iman Shalouf, 27 and nearly eight months pregnant, died 12 September after being shot in the head inside her family's tent in al-Mawasi, south of Khan Younis, by Israeli gunfire. At Nasser hospital, her unborn son Ayoub, due in November, briefly had a heartbeat before dying hours later.
