Vertical acquires US rights to Cliffhanger reboot for spring 2027 wide release

Vertical has acquired US rights to the Cliffhanger reboot starring Lily James and Pierce Brosnan and is targeting a wide theatrical release in spring 2027, Deadline reported. The US deal was negotiated by Peter Jarowey, Tony Piantedosi and Rachel White for Vertical with CAA Media Finance for the film-makers, Deadline reported.
