Ellison threatens California exit unless merger suit settles by 1 October

Paramount Skydance chief David Ellison threatened to start moving the company out of California unless state attorneys general settle their antitrust suit blocking the $111 billion Warner Bros. Discovery merger by 1 October, with Georgia, Texas and Tennessee under consideration as new bases, Variety reported.
