Pretenders documentary premieres at Toronto on 13 September

Joss Crowley's authorised Pretenders documentary is scheduled to premiere on 13 September at the Toronto International Film Festival, Variety reported. The 10:30 AM Gala screening takes place at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto, according to venue listings. The film centres on the original line-up and first five years, grounded in interviews with founder Chrissie Hynde and archive, TIFF says.
