DWTS Season 35 opens with two-night premiere and split double elimination

Dancing with the Stars season 35 will open with a two-night premiere on 15 and 16 September on ABC, Deadline reported on 12 September. One male celebrity and one female celebrity will leave after the opening. It is the first split double elimination at that stage since 2018.
