Saudi Arabia Closes East-West Oil Pipeline After Drone Strikes

Saudi Arabia closed its East-West pipeline after September 2026 drone strikes in Riyadh and Madinah. Officials called it a precautionary step and said the kingdom has not retaliated. The line carries crude, or unrefined, oil to the Red Sea as an alternative export route.
