Ellison scraps Oracle share sale; zero shares sold

Larry Ellison has canceled his plan to sell up to 50 million Oracle shares by Oct. 24, according to a Sept. 12, 2026 disclosure. No shares were sold, and he has no other sale plans. That removes a possible overhang — extra insider shares that could have weighed on the price — leaving expected insider selling at zero.
