Spider-Man nears all-time $936.6 million domestic record

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is targeting $8.5 million for its seventh weekend in North America, which would lift its domestic — the United States and Canada — total to $935.27 million, Variety reported Sept. 12 in studio estimates. The all-time domestic record is $936.6 million by Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Variety reported.
