Revolut shared customer data after fraudulent request from real government address

Revolut said it handed customer data to an unauthorized party after fraudulent requests arrived from a real government agency email address. The company says it has blocked the address and notified the agency, police and regulators. Its core systems were not breached and customer funds remain safe.
