Donald Trump said in Dublin on Sept. 12 a united Ireland — Northern Ireland joining the Republic — would be 'fantastic,' he'd 'love to see it unified' and it will 'happen eventually.' Beside him, Irish Prime Minister Micheal Martin declined to respond. Britain's Andy Burnham ruled out a vote without majority support. Whether Trump repeats it is the test.
