Video Shows Israeli Soldier Shooting Palestinian Man Near Faqqua

An Israeli soldier shot Qassem Hussam, in his mid-30s, in the leg near Faqqua in the occupied West Bank. Video shows soldiers and Israeli settlers confronting unarmed Palestinian men before the shooting. The Palestine Red Crescent said Hussam went to hospital by private car and is in light-to-moderate condition. The footage could serve as independent evidence in any inquiry.
