Parents of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez file wrongful death lawsuit against singer D4vd

Mercedes Martinez and Jesus Rivas filed a 20-page complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court on September 8, 2026, alleging D4vd (born David Anthony Burke) sexually abused their daughter from age 13, murdered her on April 23, 2025, dismembered her body with a chainsaw, and concealed her remains in his Tesla. D4vd has pleaded not guilty in the criminal case.
