Jhené Aiko announces 'Westside Whimsy' with a three-day window before release

Jhené Aiko announced her album "Westside Whimsy" on Instagram on Sept. 8, with a Friday, Sept. 11 release — a three-day gap between announcement and arrival. It is her first full-length since 2020's "Chilombo," which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. The title track was released as a single on July 16.
